01Create the deal
Describe the deliverables, your price, the due date and how many changes are included. The terms lock when you send it, so nobody can move the goalposts later.
02The brand pays up front
They get a link by email or DM, review the terms and pay through Stripe by card or bank transfer. No account needed on their side.
03Create
We hold the payment while you work. You'll see Funds secured before you post a thing, so you never create on a promise.
04Get paid on approval
Submit your links. When the brand approves, or the review period ends without a reply, the money goes to your Stripe account and on to your bank.

If the brand doesn't respond within the review period, your work is approved automatically.

Questions
Who holds the money while I work?
Payments are processed by Stripe. HotInfluencer holds the brand's payment as your payment collection agent, so once the brand has paid, the deal is paid. It's released to you when the work is approved.
What if the brand doesn't reply after I post?
Every deal has a review period of 7 to 30 days that you choose. We remind the brand before it ends. If they don't approve, ask for changes or open a dispute in time, the work is approved automatically and you get paid.
What if we disagree about the work?
Either side can open a dispute. The payment stays secured while we look at what the deal says was agreed, what was delivered and the messages. We can release it, refund it, or split it. Our Payment Protection Policy explains every step.
Where can I get paid?
Creators in the United States, the United Kingdom, the EU and EEA, Canada and Switzerland can receive payouts today. Brands can pay from almost anywhere.
How long until the money reaches my bank?
Approved payments go to your Stripe account right away. On your first deals there's a hold of up to 7 days after the brand pays. Stripe then pays out to your bank on your payout schedule.
Do brands need an account?
No. They open the link you send, pay, and approve with a one-time code sent to their email, so a forwarded link alone can never release the money.
