Pricing questions
Is there a subscription or monthly fee?
No. There's nothing to pay until a brand pays for a deal. Sending deals, drafts and unpaid offers are free.
Who pays which fee?
The brand pays a 4% service fee on top of your price. You pay a 4% platform fee, taken from your price when the payment is released. You can choose to cover both, so the brand pays exactly your price.
What about big deals?
Everything over US$10,000 in a deal has lower fees: 3% for you and 3% for the brand. The first US$10,000 is charged as usual. Put your price into the calculator to see the total.
What happens to fees if a deal is refunded?
If a deal is refunded before the payment is released, the brand gets back the price and the service fee, minus Stripe's processing fee, which Stripe doesn't return. You pay nothing on a refunded deal.
Are there other costs?
Card and bank fees are paid by us out of our fees. If you or the brand pay or get paid in a currency other than US dollars, Stripe or your bank may charge for converting it.
